We provide professional hand-pressed care for your pre-washed, clean garments. Simply schedule a pickup, and we will return your items crisply pressed and ready to wear, with local delivery and custom options available. We also offer garment de-pilling.Please note, we do not launder or wash clothes.

Garment Condition & Service Agreement

By submitting an order online, by text, by direct message, or by phone call, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.Communication & Notification Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and email address, you consent to receive order updates, delivery notifications, service confirmations, and direct follow-ups regarding your items via SMS text message, phone call, or email. Your contact information is used solely for business operations and will never be shared or sold.Delicate & Specialty Fabrics: While we take the utmost care with all items, the client is responsible for identifying highly sensitive or non-ironable materials (e.g., specific synthetics, heat-sensitive vinyl prints, raw silk). Standard care label recommendations will be followed.Excessive Wrinkling & Reset Policy: Garments that are severely balled up, crusted, or crushed to the point where dry-ironing or steaming cannot safely release the creases will require re-washing/rinsing by the client and will not be processed.Graphic Tees & Vinyl Embellishments: T-shirts with heat-transfer vinyl, screen prints, rubberized graphics, or foil embellishments will be ironed inside-out or protected with a pressing cloth to avoid heat damage. We are not liable for pre-existing peeling, cracking, or deterioration of old/delicate vinyl designs.Payment & Order Release: Full payment is due immediately upon delivery or pickup via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. Garments will not be released without completed payment. For convenience, please submit payment prior to delivery or pickup.Pockets & Belongings: Please check and empty all pockets prior to handoff. We are not liable for cash, receipts, pens, lip balm, or other personal items left in pockets, nor for any damage they may cause during pressing.Porch / Contactless Drop-Off Liability: If you select contact-free porch pickup or delivery, we are not responsible for garments once left at your designated location (e.g., weather damage, theft, or pest contact).Porch / Contactless Pickup Guidelines: For contact-free pickups, please leave your items in a disposable bag, utility tote, or laundry bag. For hampers/baskets, we will transfer your items into our transport bags and leave your personal hamper or basket behind right where it was found.Pre-Existing Damage & Stains: We inspect all items prior to pressing. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including tears, frayed seams, missing buttons, broken zippers, or fabric discoloration. Please note: Heat from pressing can permanently set existing stains; if an item has visible stains, it will be skipped to prevent fabric damage.Pre-Laundered & Clean Items Only: All garments must arrive freshly washed, completely dry, and free of unpleasant odors (including heavy smoke, mildew, food, or pet odors). For hygiene reasons, dirty or smelly items will not be pressed and will be returned as-is.Sales Tax: All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your final order total.Unclaimed Items & Dispute Window: Please inspect all garments within 24 hours of delivery. Orders not claimed or unable to be delivered due to client unavailability will be held for up to 30 days, after which they may be donated.Unprocessed Garments: Any item excluded due to odor, severe staining, or condition will simply be returned un-ironed with your order, and you will not be charged the pressing fee for that specific piece.
